Project Overview
The renovation and rehabilitation of the former Champlain Inn on a busy thoroughfare in Burlington Vermont brought online thirty-three units of much-needed transitional housing. QCDG’s construction and design team worked with Champlain Housing Trust and the Champlain Valley Office of Economic opportunity to overhaul the hotel building and adjacent property to provide not only low barrier living but space for support services and a winter warming shelter.
