Project Overview

Butternut Grove is a twenty-unit affordable housing condominium project developed by Champlain Housing Trust in Winooski Vermont. A variety of living options are offered including four one-level flats, eight townhouses and eight rowhouses, as well as twelve parking spaces and outdoor green space. The building is sited on an infill site, negotiates a slope and addresses a main thoroughfare. QCDG provided full architectural services for this project.
